2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

1 leek (white part) finely chopped

1 red pepper cut into cubes

6 mushrooms, chopped into cubes

2 tablespoons of corn starch

1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
3-4 eggs

Salt and pepper

Fry in oil.
